ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We accept orders by e-mail, telephone or "snail mail". When ordering by e-mail or "snail mail" please include the stock number and a short description of the item. Be sure to include your shipping address and phone number. If paying by credit card be sure to include your number and expiration date. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus credit cards as well as personal checks and money orders. Approved credit card orders will be shipped immediatly. Personal checks will be required to clear the bank before shipping. Payment must be made in US funds and must be received within 10 days or the item will be returned to stock. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax unless you furnish a valid resale certificate.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs can vary and are not included in the price of the item. Please contact us for a quote on the cost of shipping for a particular item and the cost of insurance if desired. We ship US Mail or UPS.
RETURNS
We strive to package all orders so they will arrive at you doorstep in good condition. However, if your order was damaged in shipment please notify us immediatly! Returned items will be accepted if we are notified within 5 days of receipt and are to be in the same condition as when you received them. Return postage and insurance are non-refundable.
